Manua Loa on Big Island in Hawaii, the largest volcano on the planet, recently erupted. Rising gradually to more than 4 km (13,100 ft) above sea level, Mauna Loa is the largest active volcano on our planet. The eruption happened on the 27. November, two days ago, and is still ongoing. That led to a fall of volcanic ash, and a large amount of lava in the crater. As of this moment, no property is at risk currently. Mauna Loa’s Northeast Rift Zone eruption continues, and there is a visible gas plume from the erupting fissure fountains and lava flows.
