Pedro Dignadice Interview

Ladies and gentlemen! I present you an interview with Pedro Dignadice (on FB is known as Wallyboy L. Dignadice) , a real estate agent in the Philippines. He has been one of the most active users in the group Private Islands for Sale recently with few assets lately and is communicative, so I decided to put him on this mini interview as well. You will see his unique style of writing and composing messages like you could not see before in our interviews.


NOTE: Those are all generic questions for various types of promoters (owners, sellers, agents, renters, realtors…), and various types of representation (renting, selling, sharing…) for various assets (islands, beachfronts, plots…). Have in mind that you can mention multiple assets as well.

 

QUESTION1: Can you tell us something about yourself and your relation to the asset you are representing?

To start with I’m a single man, eventually I’m a graduate of physio therapist of 5 yrs course in manila Phil because of demands in Phil medical profession I did not excel and success due to many graduate s here wasn’t able to work and other apply in abroad to get a job so I find other options to earned a good income so I tried to indulge in real estate as an agent about predictio.

 

QUESTION2: What is an advantage (pros, positive points) of your asset and the region where it is located?

Well the pros or advantage of assets in my country likewise islands the natural resources in that islands have a big sources of eco systems in which the beauty of the islands keeps a hig interest to preserve the. Sorrounding good effect the nature I fells good and exotic change in climate while for disadvantage s almost the colmalint of buyers is far from main land so if anyone interested the buyer have it’s own yatch to use staying in that islands.

 

QUESTION3: Can you tell us your opinion or prediction about the future of your asset and the future of the island market overall for this year or further?

Of future assets as I been notice future asset it seems get more  increase in price because of the value of exchange market so the demands of marker are hitting increase too for the islands market here in Phil islands are increase inprice what was my advice it’s now a right time to invest an islands because sooner or later the price of islands rhe prixe make  it double.

 

QUESTION4: What is your opinion about,,Private Islands for Sale” facebook group and ,,Tropical Islands” blog so far?

My opinion in private island for sale in FB either in FB groups well not about problem about that my advice if any investors interested the best advice let to site viewing the islands and let scrutinize to know the islands and all documents because here In Phil buying islands properties the sellers will deal to sell his properties by face to face buying transaction seller will not allow to deal buying thru via zoom meeting transaction well in tropical it’s very convenience because it can help to advertise even far away distance.

 

QUESTION5: And last, can you tell us your opinions about climate changes on environmental impacts globally or in your region of interest?

Well it affects more not here in Phil but globally impact but in my expectation the climate change it’s not a phenomenon this is a cause of  human creation made and either not Olly this  but my belief this is God intervention to notify people to Go back to God repent and accept we are sinners.
