Ladies and gentlemen! After some time, I present to you a new interview, this time with Amin S. Bensalem from Belize. He is an experienced luxury real estate specialist, who worked with HBO and Netflix as well, and works with site ,,Islands Belize Sale”. He sells multiple assets (all in Belize) and is promoting his asset currently in the group,,Private Islands for Sale” as well, where I had an opportunity to see him and talk to him.
NOTE: Those are all generic questions for various types of promoters (owners, sellers, agents, renters, realtors…), and various types of representation (renting, selling, sharing…) for various assets (islands, beachfronts, plots…). Have in mind that you can mention multiple assets as well.
QUESTION1: Can you tell us something about yourself and your relation to the asset you are representing?
Apart Islands Belize Sale which is the leading real estate agency where you can find a private island we are a team that creates several companies in Belize, including Synergy Modular Houses, Belize Real Estate Sale, Islands Belize Sale, and we started with a brand that gained considerable recognition, namely Mama Belize Potato Chips. In each of our work, we want to give the highest standard to the customer, guide both parties through the buying and selling process, connecting them with the right professionals such as law firms or surveyors.
QUESTION2: What is an advantage (pros, positive points) of your asset and the region where it is located?
Most of the islands we represent, unlike other agencies, are personally visited by our team what you can see in many of our videos. Most of the islands we represent have videos that clients can thoroughly review even before the purchase phase. This practice involves frequent travels to the islands and the risk of equipment exposure, as drones sometimes need to be launched from boats, resulting in occasional equipment loss. Despite these challenges, our team members, with experience working at Netflix and HBO, knows what is doing. Some islands may require development work, such as filling, organizing specific boats, and creating suitable working conditions on the island. Therefore, we also engage in island development. With one of our companies, Synergy Modular Houses, we can construct turnkey resorts on islands, leveraging factory-built structures transported by containers. This allows for rapid construction and exactly the design agreed upon with the client. QUESTION3: Can you tell us your opinion or prediction about the future of your asset and the future of the island market overall for this year or further?
Globally, with few exceptions, there is an upward trend in the real estate market. Holding assets in cash is considered risky, and real estate is a much better option. Regarding islands, their value should not be limited to the current real estate market. Looking at all major investment assets in the world—precious metals, stocks, cryptocurrencies—what truly holds the greatest value if not land? :and can be used even if all markets collapse, it will always maintains its value, and a private island, an independent piece of land, provides a gateway to freedom. With the world’s population continuously growing, real estate will keep expanding, resulting in rising prices.
QUESTION4: What is your opinion about the “Private Islands for Sale” Facebook group and the “Tropical Islands” blog so far?
These platforms provide interesting information offering unique perspectives on various parts of the world, beautiful views, and a pleasant escape from the overwhelming negativity often found on social media.
QUESTION5: And lastly, can you tell us your opinions about climate changes and environmental impacts globally or in your region of interest?
Belize is an excellent place for investments but even better for preserving nature. Private islands often serve as sanctuaries, caring for nature, saving species like manatees, and operating as part of the Barrier Reef Reserve System. In Belize, many individuals have dedicated their lives to nature conservation efforts. When it comes to climate change, I hope that such initiatives will contribute to combating its effects and raising awareness globally, thanks to the movements taking place in Belize.
