Peter Griffith Interview

Ladies and gentlemen! I present you an interview with Peter Griffith, a professional real estate agent in Florida, USA. He is an experienced real estate agent and experienced specialist in various types of assets, including islands as well. He also sells Caille Island in Grenada. I frequently talk to him and I had the pleasure to send him questions for this small interview, so anyone can see it.

NOTE: Those are all generic questions for various types of promoters (owners, sellers, agents, renters, realtors…), and various types of representation (renting, selling, sharing…) for various assets (islands, beachfronts, plots…). Have in mind that you can mention multiple assets as well.

QUESTION1: Can you tell us something about yourself and your relation to the asset you are representing?
I’m a Luxury Collection Specialist with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty specializing in luxury properties, including private islands like Isle de Caille, Grenada. As a real estate advisor, I see my role as coming alongside discerning buyers and sellers to help them experience contentment and security while building wealth and a legacy lifestyle through property acquisitions and sales.

QUESTION2: What is an advantage (pros, positive points) of your asset and the region where it is located?
Isle de Caille is a short distance from the northern shores of Grenada. It offers unparalleled privacy and exclusivity, surrounded by the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean. This region is renowned for its stable climate, offering year-round sunshine and gentle breezes. Additionally, Grenada is celebrated for its rich culture, vibrant local communities, and prestine beaches, making it an idyllic retreat for those seeking both relaxation and adventure in a safe and luxurious setting.

QUESTION3: Can you tell us your opinion or prediction about the future of your asset and the future of the island market overall for this year or further?
The market for private islands is expected to remain strong, driven by a desire for secluded, sustainable living. Interest in eco-friendly and self-sufficient properties continues to rise. Caille awaits the visionary buyer—someone who will seize this rare opportunity to create their own tropical paradise. A luxury hotel, private villas and estates, along with a marina and eco-tourism amenities are just a few of the potential developments.

QUESTION4: What is your opinion about,,Private Islands for Sale” facebook group and ,,Tropical Islands” blog so far?
The “Private Islands for Sale” group and “Tropical Islands” blog are invaluable resources, offering insights and fostering a community among island enthusiasts, sellers, and potential buyers. These platforms also create much needed forums that focus on treasuring the natural beauty of islands and our planet.

QUESTION5: And last, can you tell us your opinions about climate changes on environmental impacts globally or in your region of interest?
Climate change is a concern today as it can pose significant challenges that impact global and regional environments, including the Caribbean where Isle de Caille is located. And that’s why resilient and sustainable real estate development practices are important and necessary considerations.
