Anse L’Islette Island

Anse L’Islette is an island in Seychelles. Its size is about 8,3 acres (3,4 ha) and its maximum length/width is around 310mX130m. Its maximum elevation is around 10m at its highest point. L’Islette is located on the western part of Grand Anse, in Port Glaud bay, and is just around 100 meters from its shore. There is Therese Island, less than a kilometer southwest of L’Islette island.

we can see some of the granite rocks and infrastructure

Anse L’Islette Island is a granite island, which is typical for Seychelles. It is a raised island with a small hill to provide good views and terrain diversity. The island is covered in dense vegetation (trees and shrubs) including coconut trees as well. The island is developed having some luxurious houses on it with swimming pools. That infrastructure is very well blended with its nature.

There are few white sandy beaches on the island. Typical scenery of Seychelles with white sandy beaches, coconut palms, granite rocks, and turquoise warm waters applies here on L’Islette Island as well. The island is very beautiful and is very close to the shore and in the protected bay, lying in a strategic position for having access to many island amenities around, as well as some kind of privacy.

dense vegetation on the island

The island is for a long lease, and for that you have to see elsewhere as we write from educational and commentary points, and are not directly involved with the sale or rent of islands. I would suggest this island anyway as it has everything needed. Here is the listing of L’Islette Island https://seykestrel.com/en/commercial_objects/private-island-for-lease/
